PAS 5212 Elective Surgical Selective Clerkship
The Elective Clerkship is a graduate-level, customizable clinical experience designed for Physician Assistant (PA) students to explore a wide range of surgical disciplines. This elective clerkship integrates preoperative, operative, and postoperative experiences, allowing students to actively participate in the continuum of patient care. Under the supervision of skilled healthcare teams, students will develop the clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills necessary to function in surgical settings gaining specialized knowledge and skills that are integral to each subspecialty.
Prerequisite
Admission to the Physician Assistant Program and Successful Completion of all didactic and clinical courses to date.
