PAS 5011 Point of Care and Procedural Ultrasound
This graduate-level course introduces physician assistant students to the principles and applications of point-of-care ultrasonography (POCUS) and procedural ultrasound in clinical practice. Rooted in the mission of integrating study, spirituality, service, and community, this course emphasizes the ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered use of ultrasound technology to improve diagnostic accuracy, guide procedures, and enhance patient outcomes.
Prerequisite
Admission to the Physician Assistant Program and Successful Completion of the First Semester.
