PAS 5007 Mental Health & Substance Abuse
This graduate-level course prepares Physician Assistant (PA) students to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with mental health and substance use disorders (SUDs) while embracing the core values of study, spirituality, service, and community. By integrating biomedical, psychosocial, and spiritual dimensions of health, students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to assess, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions in diverse patient populations across the lifespan.
