PAS 5210 Surgery Clerkship
The Surgery Clerkship is a graduate-level, hands-on clinical course designed for Physician Assistant (PA) students to provide a comprehensive, immersive experience in surgical care. This clerkship integrates preoperative, operative, and postoperative experiences, allowing students to actively participate in the continuum of patient care. Under the supervision of skilled surgeons and healthcare teams, students will develop the clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills necessary to function in surgical settings.
Prerequisite
Admission to the Physician Assistant Program and Successful Completion of all didactic and clinical courses to date.
