NUR 531 Human Resource Management in Healthcare
Students will critique and analyze various aspectsof human resource management in health carefacilities. Included in this analysis aremanaging employees (hiring, counseling andterminating), and the training of staff. Issuesinvolved in compensation and benefits will beanalyzed. Topics will include discussion ofapplicable labor laws and nursing licensureissues.
