This course will focus on primary care practice ofboth women's health and mental health conditions.Emphasis is on pathophysiology, assessment, healthpromotion, diagnosis and management of acute andchronic women's health issues across the age span.Additional emphasis is on assessment, diagnosis,management and evaluation of mental healthconditions seen across the lifespan. The studenthas an opportunity to apply the course concepts in clinical practice.
