NUR 508 Advanced Pathophysiology for the Clinic
Advanced theories and concepts of normal andabnormal pathophysiological responses of the bodyare presented. Pathological alterations inhealth at the cellular and systems level, acrossthe lifespan, are emphasized. Focus is placed ontheories, principles and current research ofpathophysiology applicable to the clinical nurseeducator role. Students are expected todemonstrate the ability to integrate andsynthesize knowledge through written assignmentsand engaged learning activities.
