LAW-8059 Analytical Method for Lawyers
This course introduces students who may have little quantitative background to some of the basic analytical techniques that attorneys need to represent their clients effectively. Students will be introduced to using decision trees to model and analyze making decisions under conditions of uncertainty, finance concepts including basic time value of money calculations, and basic accounting concepts. Assessment in this pass/fail course will be via problem sets that students will complete and submit during the course.
