NUR 344 Palliative Care Strategies
Theories and strategies related to concepts ofpalliative care at the-end-of life are presented.The emphasis is on the nurse as a member of aninterdisciplinary team and the need for attentionto cultural factors influencing care at the endof life. There is currently a wide gap betweenthe reality of end of life care, and the kind ofcare each would seek. This course is a guide toprepare nurses to be competent and compassionateprofessionals who can lead a transformation incare at the end of life.
