NUR 343 Nursing Assessment for the ExperiencedNurse
The purpose of this course is to introducestudents to concepts related to assessment ofindividual clients. Emphasis is placed on reviewof body systems, physical examination techniques,and the communication skills necessary to performa nursing assessment of clients across the lifespan. Level of functioning with health risk dataare analyzed and interpreted. Opportunities areprovided for practicing health care providers toapply skills presented in class.
