NUR 428C Omega Strategies
Theories and strategies related to concepts ofcare at the end of life are presented. Theemphasis is on the nurse as a member of aninterdisciplinary team and the need for attentionto the cultural factors influencing care at theend of life. There is currently a wide gap betweenthe reality of end of life care, and the kind ofcare each would seek. This course is a guide toprepare nurses to be competent and compassionateprofessionals who can lead a transformation incare at the end of life.
