NUR 454 Pathophysiology for Nurses
Pathophysiological concepts related to disease andcommon health problems are presented. Emphasis isplaced on normal physiologic functioning andchanges that occur with disease.Interrelationships among concepts are explored aswell as local and systemic manifestations ofcommon disorders. Students will critically analyzepathophysiological processes and related medicaland nursing management for specific healthproblems of individuals across the lifespan.
