Sociopolitical and economic trends affectingadvanced clinical nursing practice and health carepolicy will be analyzed. Students will applyeffective methods to improve health outcomes andquality of care with a special emphasis placedupon reducing health disparities in vulnerablepopulations. Various leadership theories,applicable to complex healthcare issues will bedeconstructed.
