NUR 602 Business of Healthcare
This course is designed to expand studentknowledge of the complexities of health caresystems. Students will critically analyze theinterdependencies of systems in a variety ofhealth care organizations with an emphasis on theeconomic, fiscal, forecasting, marketing andhuman resource decisions that impact operations,both in the US and globally. Strategic managementas a conduit for creating change within systemswill also be analyzed.
