CUL 292 Current Topics in Culinary Arts II

This course offers a comprehensive discussion of a current or popular topic in the culinary or baking fields. Students analyze the topic critically and understand how it impacts the field and the student’s career. The exact topic is announced in the term schedule. This course includes a lab component. This course has food and supplemental instructional fees. Prerequisite: passing score on the ServSafe certification or equivalent. Lecture Hours: 25; Lab Hours: 40.
