CUL 291 Current Topics in Culinary Arts I
This course offers a comprehensive discussion of a current or popular topic in the culinary or baking fields. Students analyze the topic critically and understand how it impacts the field and the student’s career. The exact topic is announced in the term schedule. This course includes a lab component.
