A.S. in Air Traffic Control

The Associate in Science (A.S.) degree program with an area of study in Air Traffic Control is limited to students who have an FAA Control Tower Operator certification or an FAA Credential with Tower Rating. While the Associate in Science is considered to be a terminal degree, many, but not all, of the credits may be applied to one of the University’s bachelor's degree programs. It is a 60-credit program.

NOTE:

How Students Earn Credit in the Option:

  • Students’ options are completed by the FAA license.
  • Certification: FAA Control Tower Operator CTO or FAA Credential with Tower Rating (equivalent military training may be considered).
