EDU 586 Rdg & Lrng Skls Content Areas Mid/HighAreas for Middle & High School Teachers
This course is designed to introduce theparticipant to the reading-related skills andlearning strategies at the various cognitivelevels as needed in the various content areas; thestudy of readability and text structures; thestudy and application of various teachingstrategies, and the use of related materials. Thecourse includes an introduction to the design anduse of informal and formal assessment techniquespertinent to the middle and high school level.
