EDU 553 PM 7 - Student Teaching
This course is designed to allow graduate levelpre-service teachers opportunities to workfull-time in classrooms with a variety oflearners. Pre-service teachers will continue todevelop their skills in organizing, planning,teaching and evaluating instruction and studentlearning. Pre-service teachers will demonstratetheir abilities to positively impact studentlearning and document their skills by submittingartifacts that link to the Florida EducatorAccomplished Practices (FEAP) and ProfessionalEducation Competencies (PEC)as well as SubjectArea Professional Competencies (SAC). In-depthclassroom experiences, reflective journaling andfeedback from University Supervisors andCooperating Teachers will help provide scaffoldedexperiences for developing pre-service teachers.
