Corporate leaders must assess and develop apersonal communication style for leadership inboth written and verbal venues. Students areintroduced to the communication strategies andskills necessary to cultivate style, presence anda power profile for motivating and leading others,both inside and outside the organization. This isachieved through personal and professionalfeedback, one-on-one coaching and a video tapingof student presentations designed for a variety ofsituations.
