Designed to help leaders build strategic,organizational and individual insights. Topicswill address traditional and contemporary issuesrelated to developing and motivating people andteams. Emphasis will be placed on building skillsets in designing and articulating a mission andvision in order to create and sustainhigh-performing organizations. Students launchtheir leadership development process by engagingin a series of assessment activities, events andcore course-related "leadership challenge"assignments designed to develop specificleadership competencies.
