An understanding of the legal and ethical issuesrelated to business is critical to running anorganization effectively. The course providesbusiness expertise in legal and regulatoryenvironment of business. It provides a survey ofthe law in areas related to business, includingcontracts and business crimes. Teaching will beprimarily by the case method with role playingusing real life experiences, published cases andcurrent events. Students are exposed toinformation available on the worldwide web and inapplying the ethical codes of conduct in theglobal marketplace.
