MGT 566 Legal & Ethical Environment of Business
This course gives students experience and aframework for handling difficult ethicalsituations. The class studies various approachesto ethical thinking and gives a brief survey ofthe law in areas related to business, includingcontracts and business crimes. Teaching will beprimarily by the case method with role playingusing real life experiences, published cases andcurrent events. Students are exposed toinformation available on the worldwide web and theethics of using and disclosing such information.
