FIN 455 Insurance and the Law
The course examines legal issues arising frominsurance operations and from the issuance of aninsurance policy as a legal contract. Thevarious legal exposures associated with theInsurer, the Agent/Broker and the Claims Handleras well as Insured are presented and management ofthe exposureexamined.
