FIN 432 Security Analysis
This course will focus on the concept of efficientcapital markets and the implications for investors. Security selection and evaluation will be stressed. A new paradigm, behavioral finance will be explored as it relates to the efficientmarket thesis. Students in this course will participate in the management of a studentinvestment portfolio established with fundsprovided by the J.E. Davis and A.D. Davis families.
