ED 5230 CONTENT AREA: READING FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS

This course emphasizes the methods and techniques used to teach reading skills and comprehension in conjunction with teaching the content of mathematics, history, english, language , and science. Techniques of vocabulary development, speed, and effective study techniques are presented. Skills are developed through classroom practice and field experience.
