Activity Report
Students enrolled in research credits or D999 (Maintenance of Full-Time Status) are required to complete a Doctoral Research Activity Report at the end of the semester and submit via Workday Student to their advisory committee. The form should be signed by the dissertation advisor and submitted to the Office of Graduate Academics & Student Success. Students who do not submit the Research Activity Report at the end of the semester will receive an academic hold on their account and as a result will not be able to enroll in additional credits.
