PHYT 7204 Applied Physiology II
This is the second course in a two-part series, involves the study of the intact organism with emphasis on the processes that control and regulate important properties of living systems. Homeostasis of organ systems, as well asperturbations of homeostasis, particularly the acute and chronic effects of exercise will beexamined. Topics including the cardiocascularsystems,respiratory system, renal system, thermoregulation,gastrointestinal and reproductivesystems will be studied.
