PHYT 7155 Teaching Methods and Technology, Instructional Technology
Teaching Methods and Technology: focuses on the role of the physical therapist as an educator. Students are introduced to pedagogical principles for designing and evaluating an instructionalsession in either the classroom or clinical setting. The influence of various demographicinfluences such as age and culture will be discussed as it relates to learning styles. The use of computer software and social media in the design of learning experiences will also be presented. (1 credit hour)
