EDU 225 Introduction to Relationship-Based Mentoring in Education

Covers the concepts and philosophy of mentoring new teachers in early childhood or K-12 educational settings. The course introduces the skills of a mentoring educator to cultivate and engage other adults in sustained and focused learning. This course is recommended for any individual serving as a peer mentor in an early childhood, elementary, or secondary classroom setting. This course has a required co-requisite of EDU 226 course. Students must register for both courses.
