Policy: In order to be compliant with the State Authorization Agency, the publication of a University Catalog shall be annually at a minimum. Significant updates mandated by external regulatory agencies or institutional changes may be in the form of addendum.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to identify the committee members and maintain records of how, what, and why changes were made.

Scope: This procedure applies to all committee members identified in this procedure document.

Committee Members and Responsibilities: At a minimum, the following departments have been identified as a committee member(s):

  • Admissions – To provide any update to admission criteria as necessary or recommendation by academic program.

  • Financial Aid – Provide any Title IV regulatory updates as mandated under the U.S. Department of Education.

  • Finance – Provides update to refund, tuition and fees, and other relevant policy update.

  • Registration and Records – Provide registration and relevant academic policy changes as necessary to clarify policy and processes.

  • Student Affairs (Advising, Title IX, International, etc.) – To provide any regulatory updates in any relevant student services area and update to processes.

  • Academic Affairs (Provost, Deans/Program Directors) – Provide updates as recommended by Curriculum Committee and/or Faculty Senate.

  • Facilities and Library – Provide any updates to facility and library.
