Policy: The Board of Trustees is governed by the University Board of Bylaws. The bylaws are maintained by the Board chair and are on file in the President's office.
Purpose: The purpose of establishing Board Bylaws is to establish rules set by the university to control the actions of its members.
Scope: The scope of this policy applies to Board Trustees.
