EBM 522 Industrial Relations & Labour Laws

This course focuses on the Management of employees, both individually and collectively. It demonstrates how individual relations and labor law remain a central feature of organizational life. This course examines the conceptual and practical aspects of employee relations at the macro and micro levels. Prerequisite: None.
