Anti-Retaliation Statement
Molloy University strictly prohibits retaliation against any member of its community for reporting, cooperating with, providing information about, or is otherwise involved in good faith about what the individual believes to be inappropriate, wrongful or unlawful activity. As such, any retaliation including intimidation, threats, coercion, or discrimination against another individual, undertaken or attempted either directly or by someone acting on behalf of another, will be taken seriously and addressed as outlined in the appropriate governing policy. Any individual who is found to have engaged in such action will be subject to discipline consistent with the applicable policy.
