LAW 744 Appellate Advocacy

In this course, students study and practice the skills necessary to engage in appellate advocacy relying upon a combination of theory and practice (simulation). Students will be introduced to and apply the general principles of argumentation, appellate oral argument, and appellate brief-writing.
