ELE 423 Clinial Apps Demos Reading Ed
Students demonstrate knowledge of the foundations of reading development, reading assessment, and interpretation of data. Through a supervised practicum, students implement a research-based reading intervention following a systematic problem solving process to increase the reading proficiency of all students, including struggling students, ELLs, students with disabilities, and students from diverse populations. This course qualifies for Florida State Reading Endorsement Requirements for Competency Five: Demonstration of Accomplishment and includes a lab experience.
