MSC 660 Experimental Design/Biostatistics
Course will examine the mathematical methods forthe analysis of biological, chemical, and physicaldata from the marine environment - experimentaldesign, parametric non-parametric and re-samplingstatistics. Basic design of experiments and fieldsampling, including random and systemic sampling,subsampling, survey techniques, single andmultifactor experiments using randomized, nested,and blocked experimental designs and dataanalyses.
