MGT 705 Intrapreneurism & Entrepreneurial Thoug
This course approaches "managing theentrepreneurial mindset and innovation process"through four levels of analysis: individual,team, network, and organizational. At each levelof analysis, particular attention is given to theconditions under which innovation orentrepreneurial initiatives are likely to succeedor fail. The course materials consist of amixture of guest speakers, journal articles, andcase studies, plus an online forum for furtherdiscussion of the guest speakers or requiredreadings. The primary goal of the course is toexpose students to a variety of perspectives onthe entrepreneurial spirit, innovation richcultures, and learning from past failures ormarket tests for opportunities in the future.
