This course includes the formulation of the firstand second laws of thermodynamics; energyconservation; concepts of equilibrium,temperature, energy, and entropy; equations ofstate; processes involving energy transfer aswork and heat; reversibility and irreversibility;closed and open systems; and cyclic processes.
