HUM 389 Culture & Social Issues
An examination of social issues that have had acontinuing influence upon life in the Westernand/or non-Western worlds. Depending upon thefocus chosen, materials typically includeliterature, philosophical essays, films, thevisual arts and music, and may also includedocuments from the social and/or naturalsciences. Changing content includes topics suchas "Race, Class, Gender, andSexuality" and "The Muslim Cultural Tradition inAmerica."
