FREN 410 French Poetry
A chronological study of French poets from Villonto the present. The course will include theRenaissance love poetry of Sceve and Ronsard andthe masters of such literary movements asRomanticishm, Symbolism, and Surrealism, as wellas examples from recent practitioners in thepoetic genre.
