DSIM 305 Quantitative Business Methods
This course covers a variety of quantitativetechniques utilized by managers to enhancedecision-making. Topics to be covered are decisiontheory, forecasting, inventory control, linearprogramming, transportation and assignmentproblems, project management techniques such asPERT and CPM, waiting line models and statisticalquality control.
