Educational Computing (MA)
The Master of Arts in Educational Computing has the goal of preparing specialized professionals in the teaching of computer science and E-Learning in education with an interdisciplinary approach.
Cases for transfer, equivalencies and validations, etc. will be considered by the Admissions Committee or by the Program Coordinator.
The Metropolitan Campus and University Center of Caguas of the Metropolitan Campus are authorized to offer this Program in campus and through online education.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of:
- The foundations of computer science for teaching at different educational levels.
- The computerized technologies of information and communication in the development of e-learning.
Skills
- Develop algorithms for the solution of problems and codify them in a high level programming language.
- Design, develop and implement educational contents of e-learning in computer network systems.
Attitudes
- Promote ethics in the study of computer science as a professional alternative that will permit the establishment of fairness in the different social groups and at the diverse educational levels.
Graduation Requirements
- Maintain a 3.00 academic index.
- Defend and pass before the Program Committee, the project developed in the course ECMP 6980 Project Development in Educational Computing.
