CAS 250 Assessment & Case Management Processes

Students will be introduced to assessment, evaluation, and case management procedures. Outcomes include a demonstrated ability to understand, describe, administer and interpret the various testing and evaluation tools used in human serviced and addiction counseling. A thorough review of intervention strategies and the importance of documentation are also incorporated into lecture and classroom activities including completion of a comprehensive case file on an identified case study subject.
