LDRD 658 Resource Allocation and Higher Education

This course analyzes the economic factors that govern resource allocation decisions in today's colleges and universities. Emphasis is placed on access, departmental and program budgeting, finance and policies, and the identification and utilization of funding alternatives. Students will make resource allocation decisions by applying economic analysis tools to specific issues in higher education.Course Entry Requirements: Acceptance into the Ed.D. program and declaration of the higher education concentration.
