HSVC 380 Human Services Practice with Children and Adolescents

This skills-based course covers the necessary competencies, knowledge and best practices for working effectively with children and adolescents. The course explores theories of development and attachment; examines the impact of systems; identifies issues facing children and adolescents and; explores assessments and interventions for addressing the needs of this population.
