FRTY 2620 Reforestation
This course includes the study of various methods of natural and artificial reforestation; the criteria for choosing which method to use; the approximate costs establishment; and environmental factors associated with each method. Laboratory field trips to: industrial planting operations, forest seedling nursery forest seed processing facility, tree improvement orchard, industrial site preparation operations, and various natural regeneration locations.
