MUSI 2211 Music Theory III
This course will focus on the study of chromatic harmony. Secondary functions, altered chords, simple modulations, contrapuntal genres, and basic formal structures will all be addressed. Note that you must be concurrently enrolled in Sight Singing and Ear Training III, or another aural skills lab as assigned, and in Class Piano unless you have passed the piano proficiency.
