ECON 3354 Health Economics

Examines the economics of health and health care, the production of health services, the markets for hospital and physician services and the health insurance market. Other major topics include managed care, the pharmaceutical industry, the role of government in the health care sector, and health care reform.

ECON 2302. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
