MATH 8374 Applications of Differential Geometry

This course develops (pseudo-)Riemannian geometry, the concept of curvature of a manifold, and mathematical aspects of General Relativity. Topics will include linearized gravity, introduction to gravitational waves, black hole solutions, and cosmological solutions.
